These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Modern Influence Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia ("Modern Influence", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Services and products we provide to clients are governed by separate written agreements. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the agreements prevail.

The content on this website, including articles, guides and descriptions of services, is general information. It is not legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Take advice on your specific circumstances before acting.

We aim to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Service descriptions are indicative; scope, deliverables, timelines and prices are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement.

When you submit a contact form, audit request, quote request or access request, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are authorised to make the request on behalf of your organisation. A quote request is a request for information, not an order; no contract is formed until both parties sign a written agreement or order.

Access to the Orion AI area is by invitation only, using an access code issued to a named person or organisation. Access codes are personal and confidential. You must not share, publish or transfer your code, attempt to guess or generate other codes, or try to access the area by any other means.

All content in the Orion area, including the platform tour video, documents, product briefs and commercial information, is confidential information of Modern Influence. You may use it only to evaluate a potential business relationship with us. You must not copy, record, download (except documents we provide for download), redistribute or publish it. Where you accept a non-disclosure agreement on entry, that agreement also applies and prevails over this section.

We may suspend or revoke any access code at any time, and we record access to the area as described in our privacy notice.

You must not: use the website in breach of any law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system; introduce malware or harmful code; interfere with the website's operation, including by denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests; scrape or harvest content or personal data; or submit false, misleading or abusive content through our forms.

Good-faith security research is welcome when it follows our responsible disclosure policy, which sets out what is permitted and the safe harbour we offer.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, the Modern Influence name and logo, the Orion AI name, 3D models, videos and software, are owned by or licensed to Modern Influence and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the public pages and print or save extracts of articles for your own non-commercial reference, with attribution. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Third-party names, products and trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their owners. Their mention does not imply any partnership, endorsement or accreditation unless we say so expressly.

The website may link to websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

We provide the website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, such as the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in your own country.
